Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026. These terms apply when you use Suspickle, including through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, another compatible AI app, or the Suspickle website.

Using Suspickle

Suspickle is a set of social party games. Use it lawfully, respectfully and only with people who want to take part. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, exploit or harm anyone, interfere with the service, or try to access another player's account or private game information.

You are responsible for the names, clues, messages, questions, answers and other content you provide. Do not submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Accounts and AI connections

You may play as a guest or create a Suspickle account. Keep any account password or access key private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or AI connection. Your AI provider's terms and settings also apply to your use of that provider.

Games and availability

Games are for entertainment. We may change, pause or discontinue features to maintain, improve or protect the service. We do not guarantee that a game, room, AI connection or result will always be available or error-free.

Service provided as available

To the extent permitted by law, Suspickle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Suspickle is not responsible for player-created content or for interactions between players.

Changes and contact
